Writing about AI
while in the thick of it

Published every other Thursday Essays, not announcements One author

I consult on AI implementation and run workshops for people who didn't go looking for this technology but have to deal with it anyway. The pieces here come from that work — the questions I can't stop turning over, and the conclusions that took me a while to land on.

I write when something keeps nagging after a client conversation. A claim I keep hearing that doesn't hold up when you do the math. A workshop question without a clean answer. Something a nonprofit director said that I couldn't stop thinking about on the way home.

Think I got something wrong?

If a piece connected with something you're working through — or you think I got it wrong — I'd genuinely like to hear it. These essays get better when someone pushes back.
