We identify two or three workflows that cost your team the most time, usually grants, donor letters, board reporting, or some combination. Over two weeks, we build those out together using AI, customized for your org: a tool that knows your voice, your structure, and the way your team communicates. Your team is in the room while we build, because if I'm the only one who understands how it works when we're done, you haven't gained anything. The Audit is included so we know where to focus, and after the build you have 30 days of async support while you're running the tools in real conditions.

AI Operations Advisor

This tier is built for orgs that have already done an Implementation Package and want to keep building. A monthly session to review what's working, add new workflows as your team gets more confident, and have somewhere to take the questions that don't have a clean answer. Where your fee falls in that range depends on how many sessions we hold, how often we meet, and how much of the work I'm doing: running several training sessions a week, building something with your team, or teaching your team to build it themselves. The fee is set before you sign and stays the same for all three months. After that, we can renew for another term, move to a monthly retainer, or end.

For orgs coming out of an Implementation Package or already running AI tools who want to keep building.

The same four steps, every time

  1. Step 01

    The free call

    An hour to understand what your team actually does and where the friction is. I tell you honestly whether AI is the right move, and if so, which tier makes sense.

  2. Step 02

    Workflow mapping

    We spend two hours going through your core workflows together. I document what I'm seeing as we go: where the time goes, what follows a pattern, and what doesn't.

  3. Step 03

    Findings, built or written

    Tier 1 ends with a written report. Tiers 2 and 3 end with tools your team helped build and knows how to run. Either way, you leave with something concrete.

  4. Step 04

    Documented handoff

    Whatever tier you're on, the engagement ends with documentation your team can actually use. The format depends on the work, but it's always yours to run without me.

Right for most, but not everyone

You're a good fit if

Things people ask before they book

We're a small team — three or four people. Is this even for us?

That's exactly who I build for. A three-person team with one painful workflow is the right size for the Audit or the Implementation Package. Smaller orgs often get more out of it because there's less coordination overhead.

We don't trust AI. We've seen what it produces.

That's a fair concern and a good starting point for a conversation. Most of what people have seen is ChatGPT producing confident-sounding nonsense. What I build is different. It's built around your org's actual voice and data, and designed to produce something your team reviews before it goes anywhere.

How we use AI right now is good enough.

Then the Audit confirms that, and you walk away with written evidence it's fine. If it turns out there's a workflow costing your team 10 hours a week that could come down to two, that's worth knowing.

AI is all hype.

Some of it is. The predictions about AI doing everything haven't landed on the timeline people expected. What has landed is a set of tools that are genuinely useful for pattern-based writing: grants, donor letters, board reports, internal communications. That's what I build around.

We already have ChatGPT. Why would we pay for this?

Having ChatGPT in a browser tab is like having a hammer in a toolbox you haven't opened. The gap between “we have access to it” and “it's reliably saving us time” is where I work.

What if my staff don't use it after you're gone?

It's the reason I build the way I do. Your team builds it alongside me, because if I'm the only one who understands how it works when we're done, you haven't gained anything. The SOPs are written in plain language your team already uses, and the AI workspace is customized to your org's voice, not mine. If something breaks six months later, the documentation tells you what to check.
