Is this actually free? No strings?
Yes. No credit card, no commitment. The hour is free whether or not we end up working together. If there's no fit, I don't send follow-up emails.
I'm not sure we're the right kind of org for this. Should I still book?
Book. You don't need to qualify yourself before we talk — that's my job on the call. Worst case, we have an honest conversation and both figure out it's not the right fit. That's still a useful hour.
What if we're not ready to commit to anything?
Good. You shouldn't be, before we've talked. Some orgs come out of this call with a clear next step. Some come out knowing they need six more months before they're ready. Either way, you leave knowing where you actually stand.
What happens after I book?
Confirmation and a calendar invite go out immediately. I review bookings within 24 hours and may reach out if there’s something worth covering beforehand. Video link is in the invite.
